For a successful outcome, all quilts accepted for quilting need to fit the following guidelines:

• The quilt backing and batting must be at least 4 inches larger on each side than the quilt top. Add 8 inches to the length and width of your quilt when you are buying the backing and batting for an easy measurement.
• The top and backing of your quilt must be pressed prior to bringing them in. A good method for keeping the quilt wrinkle free after pressing is to fold it carefully and carry it on a hangar.
• Please snip stray threads from both the top and backing.
• We supply the thread and pattern for your quilt. Our machine works best with certain brands of thread. If given enough time, we can order a requested color of thread for your quilt. An additional fee is charged for variegated threads based on the size of the quilt.
• Additional work can be completed for a fee of $10 per hour. For example, we can piece your backing together.
